GOOD CREDIT AND MOVE-IN SPECIAL

To qualify for good credit and move-in specials each applicant must meet the following qualifications:

1) Must have at least three positive credit accounts.

2) No bankruptcies.

3) No judgments.

4) No unlawful detainers.

5) No charge-offs.

6) No late payments.

7) No collections.

8) Proof of having rented from at least one landlord unrelated to the applicant or 3 years of timely mortgage payments to a mortgage lending agency.

9) Must earn a monthly gross income of 3 times the rent.

10) A debt-to-income ratio of no more than 25%.

11) Meet all other qualifications listed in screening policy.

December Rent Credit

To receive your December rent credit you must have 6 or 12 consecutive on-time rent payments based on the length of your lease term. If you make a late payment after you have received your credit, you will be charged back the credit. The consecutive rent payments will start at the beginning of your lease.
